GCAP Europe se compose de 21 coalitions nationales, avec un secrétariat basé à Bruxelles. GCAP Europe fait partie du groupe de pilotage de SDG Watch Europe et fait également partie des projets financés par l'UE Construire une Europe pour toutes et tous/Make Europe Sustainable for All (MESA) et Visages de la Migration (Faces of Migration). Les coalitions de GCAP Europe sont très actives, en particulier pour sensibiliser aux ODD et tenir leurs gouvernements responsables. Notre rapport Européen sur l'ODD10 Falling through the cracks: Exposing inequalities in Europe and beyond, qui souligne qu'en dépit de l'engagement de l'Union européenne de ne laisser personne de côté, des millions de personnes en Europe sont victimes d'une aggravation des inégalités. Il comprend 15 rapports nationaux et 11 chapitres thématiques explorant les dimensions clés de l'inégalité, notamment le sexe, l'âge, le handicap, l'ethnicité et le sans-abrisme en Europe. Le rapport a été créé dans le cadre de la campagne Visages de l'Inégalité du GCAP et rédigé conjointement via le projet MESA et avec SDG Watch Europe et les contributions de 58 organisations.
