Please join us for this side event on Ending Discrimination and Changing the Terms of Inclusion: Making the SDGs Meaningful for all in Africa on 25/02 from 13:00 to 14:30 during the 6th Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD). GCAP is co-organizing the event alongside partners Trust Africa, The Inclusivity Project, Amnesty International, and Africa Network on Discrimination based on Work & Descent and Contemporary Forms of Slavery.

GCAP Senegal’s Coordinator, Oumar Sow, will take part in the panel discussion and will discuss the role that CSOs can play to bring more light on the plight of Discriminated based on Work and Descent (DWD) communities – and advocate for a group on DWD as possible members of the Major Groups and other Stakeholders to have continued advocacy work undertaken on behalf of these communities for them to be better included in the SDGs implementation processes.
